Directions
  1. Wash the purple sweet potatoes well, peel and remove the roots of both ends, then cut into 1mm thin slices.
  2. Mix the purple potato slices with olive oil and sea salt, place them into the Airfryer basket and bake at 120°C for 30 minutes.
