Currently the first 6 weeks look like this:
  1. Sunday- run 2-3, bike 45min - 1hr easy.
  2. Monday- run 3-6.
  3. Tuesday- (key run workout hard) run 6-9.
  4. Wednesday- run 2-4.
  5. Thursday- (key bike workout, 1 hour hard), run 2-3.
  6. Friday- off.
  7. Saturday- (key run workout long) run 10-13.
