How to Do It: Chest up. Start with your pinkys touching and your thumbs pointing outward. Try to keep the shoulder blades pinched together the entire time.
Here are some examples of exercises for you to try. The exercises may be suggested for a condition or for rehabilitation. Start each exercise slowly.
