Wrap a slice of smoked salmon around each asparagus stem, and lay onto a lightly greased baking tray. Season with salt and pepper and drizzle with Hillfarm rapeseed oil. Roast in the oven for 10 minutes. Serve with Hillfarm garlic mayonnaise or farmhouse mayonnaise as a delicious dip.
