You will acquire the broken version of the Sword of Kings after killing Amorges the Tusk of Persia in the Legacy of the First Blade quest.

After completing the story of the DLC you will get a broken sword. You need to take it over to Phokis where Oikos of the Olympians has his shop.

To unlock this achievement you need to acquire the Sword of the Kings. At the end of the main questline, you will be given a broken sword and a new quest.
