Prophet Adam was created very tall, around 60 cubits or 90ft tall. By the time of Prophet Noah, the average height of human beings was around 6ft.

Allah created Adam (peace be upon him) sixty cubits tall, then mankind gradually grew shorter until they stopped and remained as they are now.
