Fixing Two Finger Scroll in Windows 10 or 11
On Windows 11 you'll find the option under Start > Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Touchpad > Scroll & zoom. Check the “Drag two fingers to scroll” option to enable two-finger scrolling. On Windows 10 you can do this under Start > Settings > Devices > Touchpad .
