All cooking demos are free, but you must register beforehand as space is limited. This fall all demos will be from 4-5pm at the Nutrition Center in the ARC.

These demos are taught by senior USU Nutrition & Dietetics students. Come get some delicious food samples and learn how to cook new foods/dishes!
