31 янв. 2017 г. · Your best bet is to strain it....although I recommend a fine mesh strainer. You may lose some of your batter, but you'll get rid of most of the lumps.
If your cheesecake filling goes soupy in texture, don't worry—you can fix it! Just add a little gelatin to the mix, and it will set up in the fridge just fine.
Gently warming the batter may help to fix split or curdled cheesecake batter, and melt any lumps of cream cheese.
