Ifran, Morocco is the coldest city in Africa. It is recorded to have had the coldest temperature in African history, reaching -23,9 C/-11 F on February 11, 1935. Wonderful, how I wish to visit there, though there is a bit confusion here some say Lesotho some say Morocco.
