Press Win + I to open the Settings app. Click on Accessibility.In the left pane, scroll down to find the Vision section, then click on Color and High Contrast. Under the Color section, you'll see the Grayscale option. If the toggle for the Grayscale option is turned on, click on it to turn it off.
