How to stop Windows 11 Media Player from saving history and queue
- Clear history and play queue.
- Close the app.
- Navigate to %LocalAppData%/Packages/Microsoft.ZuneMusic_8wekyb3d8bbwe/LocalState. Right-click "AppState.json" and select properties. Check the "Read-only" check box at the bottom of the "General" tab, click okay.
