Women's Lacrosse Stick Regulations
The pocket depth is measured by using a ball. If you can see the ball over the side rail then the pocket is legal, if you can not then the pocket is too deep and will be deemed illegal. A woman's stick length can be between 35.5 and 43.25 inches .
