Real-time hashrate refers to the current hashing power being generated by a mining rig, while reported hash rate is the average hashing power over a certain period, such as 24 hours. Real-time hashrate can fluctuate rapidly, while reported hash rate is typically more stable and reflects the mining rig’s long-term performance.
It works both ways, the current hashrate will fluctuate around the reported hashrate. As long as you leave your machine running over the sampling period your average hashrate should however be pretty close to it.

Ignore the inactive worker, I decided to try out split mining with team red and t-rex miner and gave an extention to my nvidia card.
